CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The salon 12th PANNONIA REFLECTIONS is open to amateur and professional photographers from all over the world. Authors agree that photographs can be used in the catalog, on the website of the exhibition and for the promotion of the exhibition and Pannonia Reflections Salon. The exhibition assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright. The organizer reserves the right to remove the images if the author doesn’t have the permission to publish the photos.
The contest will be conducted according to FIAP, GPU and FZS regulations.
SECTIONS
There are five sections:
A) Free/Open color (digital)
B) Free/Open monochrome (digital)
C) Architecture (color or monochrome digital)
D) Street Life (color or monochrome digital)
E) Water(color or monochrome digital)
Definition for theme Architecture: we search for architectural photography with the poetic intersection of art, space, and light. Photos should reflect the act of seeing buildings not merely as structures, but as living compositions – where geometry, texture, and shadow converse in silence.
Definition for theme Street life: it is the art of capturing the raw, spontaneous energy of everyday life in public spaces. It’s a visual storytelling form that observes the rhythms, emotions, and interactions of people within the urban environment.
Artistically, it’s about finding beauty and meaning in the ordinary – in movement, light, expressions, and the quiet poetry of chance moments. Street life photography transforms streets into stages where stories unfold naturally, reflecting culture, diversity, and the pulse of a city.
ENTRY FEE
Entry fee is 18 EUR (25 USD) for all sections without printed catalog and 30 EUR (35 USD) for all sections with quality printed catalog. Possible ways of payment:

DIGITAL ENTRY INFORMATION:
Photos must be in JPG file format. The digital image must be a maximum of 1920 pixels wide and 1080 pixels high. The file size of the individual image should not exceed 3 MB.
Authors can submit photos:

No requirements for file names, file name should be as you would want it to appear in the catalog (same as title name). Words such as “Untitled” and “No Title” are not acceptable.

JUDGING METHOD
The judges will be scoring the images together. The judges will use colour calibrated equipment that is capable of displaying the images at 100% of the image resolution. The resolution of the judging screen or projector is the highest resolution of the entered images. It is forbidden by the exhibition standards to resize the entered images for the judging panel. The projection will be made using Monitors HP 58,4 cm (23,0″) Z23n EliteDisplay 1920×1080 IPS.

All awarded photos will be exibited in museum gallery – Gallery museum Lendava/Slovenia
– FIAP medals in each section (15 altogether)
– GPU gold medal in each section (5 altogether)
– FZS (Photographic Association of Slovenia) medals in each section (15 altogether)
– SALON medals in each section (15 altogether)
– FIAP honorable mention/ribbons in each section (25 altogether)
– GPU honorable mention/ribbons in each section (5 altogether)
– SALON honorable mention/ribbons in each section (5 altogether)
Special awards:
– FIAP Best author (Special award)
– PANNONIA REFLECTIONS special award for the photo selected by the President of the organizing committee (Special Award)
– PANNONIA REFLECTIONS special award for the Best club/association determined by the total number of awarded and accepted photos (Special Award)
– PANNONIA REFLECTIONS special award for the Best Slovenian club/association determined by the total number of awarded and accepted photos (Special Award)
The jury reserves the right to grant additional awards. Each author can receive only one award in each of the section. The decision of the jury is final and irrevocable, complaints are not possible.
CATALOG
Participants who pay the full entry fee 30 EUR will receive a quality printed catalog on 116 pages.
Participants who pay entry fee 18 EUR will be able to download pdf catalog from our website.

PICTURES CREATED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THIS SALON!
It is reminded that all parts of the image have to be photographed by the author who is holding the copyright of all works submitted. Offenders will be sanctioned for life!
REPORT CARD NOTIFICATIONS
All participants will receive report card notifications via e-mail.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ORGANIZER
The organizer will take all possible care when handling the incoming and outgoing mail. However, we accept no liability for damage or loss during the transit.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR EXHIBITORS FIAP:
“By the sole act of submitting his/her images or files to a salon under FIAP Patronage, the entrant accepts without exception and with no objection the following terms:
– that the submitted images can be investigated by FIAP to establish if these obey to FIAP regulations and definitions even if the entrant is not a member of FIAP
– that FIAP will use any means at its disposal for this undertaking,
– that any refusal to cooperate with FIAP or any refusal to submit the original files as captured by the camera, or failure to provide sufficient evidence, will be sanctioned by FIAP,
– that in case of sanctions following the non compliance with FIAP regulations, the name of the entrant will be released in any form useful to inform the breaches of the rules.”

You acknowledge, agree and accept that by entering this exhibition, your participation status which includes your first and last name, name of the country used during registration at the exhibition, number of sections entered and number of photos entered in those sections will be made public in a published status list and that the results of your entry shall be made public in exhibition gallery, exhibition catalog.
LICENCE AGREEMENT: By submitting an entry, the entrant certifies legal Age, and own all rights to these images, including copyright or parents or guardians gives permission on his/her behalf if he/she is not of Legal Age. The exhibition assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright.
